  • In the event that a contract or order is concluded, throughout the contractual period, then kept in intermediate archives for a period corresponding to the possible warranty period, plus the applicable legal limitation period (5 years in most cases);
  • 6 months from their implementation/creation in the case of cookies.

In accordance with the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data, the user has the right to:

  • Access, rectify, and request portability of the information concerning him/her;
  • Request limitation, erasure, and object for legitimate reasons to the processing of their data;
  • Transmit directives to AMS regarding the fate of their data (retention, erasure, communication to a third party, etc.) in the event of death.
